1. The product keeps asking me to BUY it even though I have already purchased it
   Sometimes when you change hardware/software on your computer, this may cause the product to stop functioning as registered. However, if you originally purchased your product directly from us, you can reactivate it after a system reformat, hardware change or to use it on another computer free of charge and in just a few seconds. You will have to register your product again, regarding instructions in your registration letter.
   
   
2. Can I buy a product without a credit card?
   You can purchase most of our products using Checks, Money Orders or Paypal. Check billing pages to see product's payment options.
   
   
3. How often will I be charged to continue using the product(s)?
   If no otherwise stated, each purchase you make from us is a one-time only. You will not be billed again, and may use your product as often as you like!
   
   
4. I have already wrote you a letter, but you haven't answered yet. Now what?
   We strive to answer every query within 1-24 hours after receiving it. Sometimes, due to high volume, it takes a little longer time. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and be assured that we are working to solve your case a.s.a.p..
   
   
5. Will I receive a CD/DVD-ROM?
   No - because you really don't need it!
